COMM: John Cloninger died in 1837 all 12 children sold the 272 acres of his estate to Dr. A. Ray. Dr. ray sold the land to D.B. Gauther.
COMM: Sold 35 acres to Marcus Sigmon and a tract to M.H. Morrow. Morrow sold the land on the creek to the Brinkley's.
